By accessing or using Sims CC Vault (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

Content & Attribution

Sims CC Vault does not host CC files. We index metadata, preview images, and outbound links to the original creators’ pages. All trademarks and game assets are property of their respective owners, including The Sims™ and Electronic Arts.

If you are a creator and would like your content updated or removed, please see Takedown / Removal.

User Submissions

If we enable submissions (e.g., suggestions or links), you represent that you have the right to share the material and grant us a non-exclusive license to display and index it on the Site. We may remove submissions at our discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

Site design, branding, and curated datasets are owned by Sims CC Vault and protected by applicable laws. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is used for descriptive and linking purposes.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, safety, or availability of third-party content or downloads. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sims CC Vault will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
