We don’t require an account or login. We store your preferences (like filters and favorites) on your device using cookies/localStorage. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. If you use the contact form, we’ll use the info you submit to reply.

- Site Preferences & Usage (local): Filters, favorites, and view settings are stored locally on your device using cookies and localStorage so the site remembers your choices.
- Device & Browser Data (automatic): Non-identifying details such as browser type, operating system, language, and screen size to help the site function and render well.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized metrics about how visitors use the site (e.g., pages viewed, time on page).
- Contact Form Submissions: If you send us a message via the contact form, we collect the information you provide (e.g., name, email, and message) to respond.
We do not currently collect names, emails, or other personal identifiers for accounts because Sims CC Vault does not offer logins yet.

3) Use of Supabase
We use Supabase for backend services and secure data handling. While Supabase supports authentication and data storage, we do not currently offer user accounts or logins. As a result, no personal account data is collected or stored at this time. Any server-side storage (if used) follows Supabase’s security best practices, including encryption in transit and access controls.
4) Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and localStorage to remember your preferences and to support analytics and advertising. You can clear these through your browser settings. If you block cookies, parts of the site may not remember your choices.
5) Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Google: for analytics
- Supabase: for hosting backend services
- Legal authorities: if required by law or to protect our rights

Local preferences remain on your device until you clear your browser data or they expire. Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to address your request and for legitimate business or legal purposes.

- Do Not Track / GPC: Our site honors applicable legal requirements; some features rely on third‑party compliance.
- EEA/UK Legal Bases: Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests (site functionality and security) and consent (analytics/ads where required).

Sims CC Vault is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Our services and providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
