Denim on Denim aka the Canadian Tuxedo is trending again and one of my go to outfits and not only because I am Canadian :) It's time to think outside the box of the classic jeans and denim jacket duo and have fun with mixing denim pieces. Think about mixing washes (light wash jeans with a dark denim top), embracing denim skirts or full body denim dresses for a feminine modern outfit with a retro twist and mixing crop tops with high-waisted jeans for a sleek street-smart vibe. Denim is no longer just a casual choice to be worn with a white t-shirt and sneakers. Denim wear can easily be elevated with high heels, statement accessories or a blazer.
