I have always had a soft spot for romantic trends with a little edge and lace is becoming one of the defining looks of 2026. After a summer of lace trimmed everything from slip skirts to accessories the trend has carried straight onto the 2026 runway and lace will continue to dominate influencer looks this year. While lace hasn’t quite made it into my real life wardrobe yet, it has been fun to experiment with the trend in my Sims world.
